Accurate says it’s paying allegiance to tough-hearted reels of the past with its new DPX2 “Dawg Pound” conventional reels. Created to offer ultimate stopping power in a small braided-line package, the DPX2s feature a triple dog-and-pawl design. These new reels build on the success of the BX2 line, and also take into account the expanded use of the rail on California long-range boats, which puts a heavy load on reels.
