Penn Bluewater Carnage Rods
Penn’s new Bluewater Carnage rod series covers spinning and conventional trolling and vertical jigging for offshore and nearshore anglers. The graphite-composite and all-graphite blanks feature either Fuji SS LR Turbo frames with Hardloy inserts or Fuji stainless-steel N or HN flared frames with Hardloy inserts (AFTCO roller guides are used on the 6-foot heavy trolling rod). Reel seats and gimbals vary per model, though all come with triangular Torque grips. Rod lengths range from 5 feet, 6 inches to 7 feet, 10 inches; actions range from medium light to extra heavy.
