Night Vision Technology Solutions has introduced the Arrow pocket handheld thermal imager, providing a high-resolution 300-by-400-pixel infrared sensor with an image-refresh rate of 50 hertz, 8 GB of internal memory and a 640-by-480-pixel display. The built-in lithium-ion battery provides up to six hours of continuous operation; the simple three-button menu allows control of polarity color, 2x and 4x zoom, brightness, image capture and tracking settings. Arrow comes with hot-spot tracking to acquire and identify targets. The IP66 camera weighs 12.4 ounces and measures 6.2-by-2.6-by-2.4 inches. It costs $1,795.
