Penn won the ICAST New Product Showcase award for Best Saltwater Reel for its Clash spinner. But the company also introduced a new silver version of its iconic gold International reels. Available in the VS (high line capacity, monofilament) and VSX (heavy drags, braided line) series, the silver Internationals are precision-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, and come with fully machined two-speed stainless gear trains and Penn’s Dura-Drag system. From the 12VSX to the 130VSX, the reels cost $529.95 to $1,299.95.
