Simrad has released the new NSO evo3 navigation system for larger sport-fishing vessels. The new NSO series offers a high-definition multitouch display — in 16-, 19- and 24-inch sizes — powered by an iMX6 quad-core processor. The display supports up to a six-panel, split-screen layout. Compatible with all of Simrad’s latest sonar and radar technology, the NSO evo3 can also connect to smartphones, tablets and internet hotspots with integrated wireless connectivity. The units come with HDMI input/output, OP50 support, and direct connection and control of audio, autopilot, and NMEA 2000 and J1939 engines. Prices range from $6,999 to $11,699.
