Built on the popular Tarpon Series center-console platform, Stamas’ new 31T Aventura comes loaded with fishing features such as an aquarium-style livewell in the leaning post, transom livewell, insulated fish boxes, tackle station with a freshwater sink and a spacious cockpit and bow casting area.
The 31-footer also features a powder-coated D-leg hardtop and an integrated windshield. For cruising and family time, the boat’s wraparound bow seating converts to a large sunpad or dining area. The cockpit comes with foldout seating for extra comfort on the way to the fishing grounds.
Belowdecks, the console houses a berth with a convertible settee, a freshwater sink with a shower nozzle, a head and a table.

Stamas’ performance figures for the 31T, powered by twin Yamaha F300s, show a top speed of 54 mph, attaining 1.01 miles per gallon. Optimal cruise speed is 23 mph, reaching 1.83 mpg. The boat holds 302 gallons of fuel and can carry a maximum of 700 hp.
