Matt Rissell joined Capt. Tommy Howd and the Howd family aboard the Tokatomist to experience daytime swordfishing off Fort Lauderdale. Most of the year, Captains Tom Howd and son, Tommy, run to the canyons off New England for bigeye and bluefin tuna, swordfish, and marlin. During the offseason, the Tokatomist and crew head down to South Florida to focus on day-dropping for swordfish. Rissell captured these video clips from a successful day on the water.
